Training with Endeavor differs from most other sports training companies as the idea is NOT to just take groups of athletes through workouts; Endeavor designs progressive, results-driven programs and uses individualized coaching to ensure that all athletes are improving their athleticism, while minimizing their injury risk.
The Endeavor system is built upon removing physical limitations that are preventing you from performing at your best. For example, many players have restricted hip and upper spine rotation range of motion on one or both sides of the body. Restrictions in these areas will limit the player’s ability to decelerate and change direction quickly, as well as produce high levels of rotational power, which will have a direct impact on their kicking velocity and accuracy. Improving these limitations is not as simple as just stretching. Because all movement is driven and controlled by the nervous system, it’s important to incorporate the entire neuromuscular system in improving and reinforcing CONTROLLED range of motion. As a result, passive static stretching is severely limited in its ability to produce range of motion improvements at high speeds.
Once a solid foundation of unrestricted quality movement is built, the next step is to improve the athletes ability to produce controlled speed and power by improving his/her sprinting technique and explosiveness, full body strength and core stability. These goals are accomplished through specific acceleration drills, lower and upper body resistance training exercises, and multi-directional core stability exercises. Custom designed programs and individualized coaching allows players to progress in resistance and through exercises at their own pace, ensuring a safe, effective training experience.

Pricing
Endeavor’s price structure is broken down by monthly training program (e.g. number of days per week for 4 weeks). In general, we recommend athletes
train 2x/week in-season and 3-4x/week during the off-season. We generally require a 3-month minimum commitment, as this is the time period when athletes make the most substantial progress.
