Columbus Day Weekend Invitational, October 12th - 13th, 2013
The SJEB NJ ’Turf Cup’ Tournament is an invitation tournament, applications will still be accepted for individual teams and acceptance will be offered should openings become available. The Turf Cup is a competition for top teams on the best surfaces in the region over Columbus Day Weekend.
All games are played on the pristine turf grown at Tuckahoe Turf Farm in Hammonton, NJ. Tuckahoe Turf Farm supplies natural grass to stadiums of NFL, MLB and MLS franchises through out the east coast and mid-west, including Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Union, Philadelphia Phillies, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots and the Cleveland Browns.

Open to Boys and Girls teams U9 - U18.
U11 - U18 (11v11) - $925 entry fee - 3 game minimum.
U9 - U12 (8v8) - $545 entry fee - 3 game minimum.
Rolling admission process is used, apply early to secure your spot at this Invitational Event
Invited teams that apply by August 20th are guaranteed a spot in the event.
Application must be submitted by September 25th, 2012.
Application will not be considered complete without payment. If your team is accepted, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the fee is non-refundable and sanctions may be placed against your team for participation in future tournaments. Should your team not be accepted, the fee will be returned by September 30th, 2012.

The Turf Cup 2012 is strictly a "stay-to-play" tournament for teams requiring lodging. Turf Cup has reserved rooms for the event through Titan Lodging, even dates when rooms are scarce in the area. Teams are to register 1 hour prior to their first game of the tournament at the Tournament Directors tent located at the Tuckahoe Turf Farm.
The following documentation is to be presented to the tournament director at registration:
US Club Soccer approved roster plus a copy of that roster to submit.
Player cards for each player, including guest players.
USYSA Player Passes, Roster, Non-Notarized medical release for each player, including guest players.
The medical release forms must be signed within the last 12 months.
State Association approved permission to travel form if required from your governing state office.
Please add any guest players to the bottom of your roster.
For all age groups, the usual format is three preliminary games plus a championship final. Two matches on Saturday, one on Sunday morning and the final on Sunday, depending upon the number of participants in an age group.
All games are played in accordance with FIFA rules, except as specifically modified by Tournament Rules. A full set of Tournament rules is available on the menu.

The following are the maximum roster size per age groups:
U11 - U18 (Full-sided) - 18 Players
U9 - U12 (Small Sided) - 14 Players
